Lt Col Teetat Trunjan, the investigating inspector at Nong Prue Police Station, said: “The officers arrived and kept unrelated people away from the scene of the incident. They found that there were no signs of any abuse. No identity document was found inside.

‘The cause of death is still unclear. The body must be sent for an autopsy, to further summarize the true cause of death.

“In the meantime, we are communicating with the relatives of the deceased.”
